Property Care Association Code of Practice – Updated

The PCA has developed a Japanese knotweed Code of Practice at the request of the RICS and CML. This has now been updated to reflect the deepening understanding of the best practice.

The Property Care Association (PCA) are the industry body for the care and renovation of residential property. As a leading invasive weed removal specialist, PBA Solutions is proud to be a founding member of the Invasive Weed Group of the PCA. This group was created to meet the requirements of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML).

As an association with a heritage that stretches back to 1930 the PCA represents specialists who can be trusted to resolve the problems that affect your property. PCA professionals include independent surveyors, consultants, contractors and manufacturers.

The PCA has developed a Japanese knotweed Code of Practice at the request of the RICS and CML. This has now been updated to reflect the deepening understanding of the best practice.
